How it works

To join the Subscription Program, go to any DVDXpress kiosk and press the button at the bottom of the screen marked ‘Monthly Plan Unlimited DVDs!’. This will take you to a screen where you press the green CONFIRM button and then swipe the credit/debit card that you want to be associated with your Subscription Account. That’s it... at that point you become a Subscriber.

As a Subscriber, you simply select the DVD you want to rent in the normal manner, and on the checkout screen, press the button ‘I am a Subscriber’, swipe your card, and the DVD will be dispensed right there and then for no charge. Once you’ve watched that DVD, you can return it to the kiosk and take out any other DVD using the process described above. You can rent as many DVDs as is humanly possible using this method and there will be no additional charges to your account, just the initial $12.99 fee.

If you are enjoying the Subscription Program (and we know you will) you do nothing and every 30 days your credit/debit card will be charged $12.99 for the upcoming month’s service. If you wish to cancel at any time, simply do so at any DVDXpress kiosk by pressing the cancel button and swiping the registered card. That will end all charges going forward, so long as all your DVDs have been returned.
